If you have neck pain, it's very often not just the neck muscles that are tense, but also the muscles between your shoulder blades and the muscles you use to raise your shoulders. In massage studios, head massages are frequently offered in combination with facial massages. On average, they take about half an hour. During the treatment, the massage therapist gently works your forehead, temples, ears, and skull with their fingertips. They often use special oils and brushes.
